Care instructions for felt products

● Wash with cold water.
● Felt products cannot be bleached.
● Use a neutral detergent labeled “pure wool” and free of bleach for cleaning.
● Wash by hand separately; do not use a washing machine to avoid damaging the shape.
● When cleaning, gently press with your hands; for dirtier areas, just lightly rub them—never use a brush to scrub.
● Washing with shampoo and conditioner together can help reduce pilling.
● After cleaning is complete, simply hang it in a well-ventilated area to air dry naturally. If you need to tumble dry it, please use the low-temperature setting.
